Vince is a third-generation entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience as a sales and customer success leader. He has strategically grown revenue in SaaS, Education Technology, and eLearning organizations, cultivating customers across North America and EMEA. 

His expertise includes building capacity in developing leaders, coaching sales teams and designing operational frameworks. 

He recently served as the VP of Commercial Operations at Impro.AI where he helped the SaaS mirco-coaching startup to acquire customers including Telus, Loblaws, BGIS, Maple Leaf Foods, Cepheid, Canada Health Infoway and 

Vince was the Founder of EduThink, a consulting firm focused on helping fast-growing companies to formulate and optimize their sales and customer success teams; with a concentration on designing processes and developing strong customer relationships. 

Outside of his 9-5, Vince also serves as a Growth Coach at Communitech, Waterloo Region’s innovation hub, which helps tech companies start, grow & succeed. Communitech has supported and built a tech cluster of nearly 1,000 companies that generates more than $30 billion in annual revenue. 

He is also Advisory Board Member for the Customer Experience Executive Program at Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Lastly, Vince is an Executive Board Member at Anishnabeg Outreach, an indigenous non-profit, and a Board
Member of Recess Guardians, a Canada-wide, free program that builds leadership abilities and encourages a healthy lifestyle.
